  • “Drivers”: Independent contractors delivering food to users.

2. Use of Services

  • Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • All orders are subject to restaurant availability and delivery capacity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must register an account to place orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Swagon Food is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are set by restaurants and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or digital wallets.
  • Additional charges (such as delivery fees) may apply.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
  • Users agree to provide accurate delivery details. Swagon Food is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

    • Orders are delivered same day or within 1 day based on location and availability.
    • Delivery timing depends on restaurant operations and order volume.
    • Unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic or high demand.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, subject to the restaurant’s approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Swagon Food will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Swagon Food platform (logos, images, text) is the intellectual property of Swagon Food or its licensors.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing this content without express permission.

9. Amendments

  • Swagon Food reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
