Refund Policy

 

At Swagon Food, we strive to provide the best service. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of being placed, subject to the restaurant’s approval. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations after 5 minutes or after the order is confirmed by the restaurant will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

  • If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately.
  • Refunds or credits will be provided on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the issue with the restaurant.

3. Late Delivery

  • We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • Refunds for delayed deliveries will be considered if the delay is excessive (more than 60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
